Describe what needs to be demolished, dismantled, repaired or sold.
Different people deal with us for different reasons, so the data we need differs too. Choose who you are to see what applies to you. The general rules below apply to everyone.
Name, position, phone and email of the client's contact person; company details; address of the object; photos and measurements of the object; contracts and acceptance acts.
Contract and legal obligation. Estimates without an order are kept for 6 months; contracts and acts — for the period required by Ukrainian law. Photos of objects show buildings and equipment, not people.
For individuals: full name, ID document details, tax number where required, the type and weight of scrap, and payment details. For companies: company details and the representative's contact data.
Legal obligation. Purchase documents are kept for the period set by law and may be provided to law enforcement authorities on official request.
Contact details of representatives of buyers, suppliers and principals: name, position, phone, email; order and delivery details.
Contract and legal obligation. Kept for the duration of cooperation and then for the period required by accounting and tax law.
Usually nothing. Card payments are processed by the bank — we do not see or store your card number. When you buy alcohol or tobacco, staff may ask to see an ID to check your age; we do not copy or record it.
If video surveillance is used in the store, it is indicated by signs at the entrance and covers only the sales area and cash desk, for the safety of customers, staff and goods.
Video recordings, if made, are kept for no longer than 30 days unless needed to investigate an incident. Receipts are kept as required by tax law.
For workers of clients and subcontractors present at our work sites: name, company and the time of entry and exit. For visitors: name and purpose of the visit.
Legal obligation (occupational safety) and legitimate interest. Site logs are kept for up to 12 months after the works are completed.
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". For clients and partners in the European Union we also apply the principles of the GDPR.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions about you.
No cookies, analytics or ad trackers. The form opens your email program and stores nothing on the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address; our hosting provider keeps technical logs for security.
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or withdraw consent. Data we must keep by law (for example, scrap purchase records) cannot be deleted early — we'll explain why. Write to info@budassistantllc.shop; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it. Paper documents are kept locked; electronic ones are password-protected. We update this policy when our services or the law change; the date above shows the current version.
